Very polite and go the extra mile for customer service, They are doing a job that requires more than one day to be fixed, They set up, did their job, cleaned up and remained 100% professional, they even sealed up all spots so it wasn’t ugly to look at or hazardous just until tomorrow. I would recommend them again, very nice and reliable.

After putting off a house re-pipe for a few years I decided it was time and looked no further than Haendiges. They've been our plumber since moving into the area so it was a no brainer to hire them. My wife decided on a more decorative shower valve and they were able to show us nice options. The work was done in one day, but the only downside was the city wasn't able to inspect until the following day, but I know that wasn't the company's fault. Once inspection was signed off the walls were patched that day. Overall, very happy with work.

My original post was a negative review based on the service I received. I received a call from the owner (Billy) due to my feedback on Yelp and wanted to make a mends for their performance the first time. He offered me a gift certificate and a discount on future services. Coincidentally, I had a leaking shower, so I gave them a shot at winning my trust. True to form they arrived on-time and make 2 quick repairs for me. The thing is I didn't get my free gift card, huh, guess I should of asked for it huh? LOL! Overall, I was certainly more pleased with the service. I would used them again and suggest other do to, after-all they been in business several decades, so they are good at what they do.

When the time came for me to make the decision to re-pipe my 54-unit apartment complex in copper, I contacted Haendiges Plumbing Corporation. Haendiges is a local company that has been around for more than 75 years, and I had used them for plumbing jobs in the past.
I was very pleased to discover that Haendiges did copper re-pipes, and that they had a lot of experience with them. After walkthroughs with the owner, Billy Haendiges, they presented me with a proposal. We came to an agreement on price and I awarded them the job.
Haendiges knew all the ins and outs of copper re-pipes. They knew what had to be done before starting, they pulled all the permits, they posted notices to give my tenants warning of when they would be working in their units. In short, they did a great job.
With a 9-building, 54-unit apartment complex, the water was always turned back on before 5:00 PM, no one had to move out, and they did the job with minimal disruption to my tenants.
After the inspectors passed the work they did, building by building, they came behind and patched the drywall and stucco they had opened, and backfilled the trenches they dug for the underground work.
I am completely satisfied with Haendiges Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone, for copper re-pipes and service plumbing work.

I want to thank you for the quick response and excellent work you did for me last week.  I had a bad situation and you really helped me out.

As you know, the water heater in my rental house had gone out and I really needed to have it replaced.  The tenants have 3 small children, so it was not a situation where I could have waited until the next day.

You had your people rearrange the schedule and got someone out to me within a few hours.  I realize that we got lucky, but you also put the effort in to get the job done.

I really appreciate the work, and the VIP treatment.  We have been using Haendiges for many years and we will continue to do so.
